1. This licence authorises the licensee to carry on
a financial services business to:

(1.1) provide financial product advice for the following
classes of financial products:

  (1.1.1) derivatives; and

  (1.1.2) foreign exchange contracts;

(1.2) deal in a financial product by:

  (1.2.1) issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or

    disposing of a financial product in respect of

    the following classes of financial products:

   (1.2.1.1) derivatives; and

   1.2.1.2) foreign exchange contracts; and

  (1.2.2) applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing

    of a financial product on behalf of another

    person in respect of the following classes of products:

   (1.2.2.1) securities; and

(1.3) make a market for the following financial products:

  (1.3.1) foreign exchange contracts; and

  (1.3.2) derivatives;

  to retail and wholesale clients.
